The Application Portal for the notary education program is now open.  Please read the instructions below in advance of creating a profile.

Application Portal

1. The deadline for applications is November 30. Incomplete applications will not be considered.  
2. For new users, please click on the “New User – Apply Now”. If you have previously created an account, please enter your email address and password to log in. 
3. For new users, enter a personal and confidential email address. Confirm that email address.  It is recommended that the email account must not be shared and must only be used by you. Click submit.
4. You will receive an email from Thentia Cloud with a temporary password. Return to the log in page. When prompted, enter the temporary password to complete the login.  Change your password to maintain the security of the account.  
5. To help protect the security of your account, users must complete three security questions. Please note that the answers are Case Sensitive.  Click submit.
6. Once an account is created, users can complete part of the application process and return at a later time as convenient. 
7. Please download the statement of assets and liabilities from this page. 
8.  Only completed applications will be considered.
