Application Fee

    $450 – payable online through the application portal. Non refundable and must be paid for an application to be considered.

Tuition Fees

    $7,400 – payable online through the application portal after application approval. Must be paid on or before January 3.
  • Please note: Canada Revenue Agency does not recognize the Notary Education Program as qualifying for a T2202 form. Tuition is not tax deductible.

Withdrawal Refund Policy


If a student is approved to attend the Notary Education Program and withdraws from the program for any reason after having made payment of tuition fees, the following refund schedule will apply:
  1. Withdrawing after start of the Program but before March 1
  2. Society will refund by cheque payable to the student the total of Tuition Fees paid LESS $1,500.
  1. Withdrawing between March 1 and April 30
  2. Society will refund by cheque payable to the student 50% Tuition Fees paid.
  1. Withdrawing after April 30
  2. No refund amount will be paid.
