Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the governing body of the organization. Individuals on the Board, are elected or appointed by the members, are responsible for superintending the organization’s activities. Board members discuss and vote on the affairs of the organization and conduct the annual general meeting. Additional meetings are likely to take place throughout the year so board members can discuss and make other necessary decisions.
