| EPCC - Avoiding & Managing Sibling Conflicts in Estate Matters | EPCC | 2026-06-18 | 1 | Charles Ticker | 2026-06-09 | 2pm - 3pm Live Online Event - We will be discussing the sources and cause of sibling estate fights, how to avoid and manage them and a discussion of whether you should go to court or settle via mediation. Estate mediation is an important part of the estate litigation process. Most lawsuits settle well in advance of trial. Many people believe that appearing in Court and having a verdict from a Judge is the desired outcome when a lawsuit is commenced. But mediation may be a better option as it provides the parties the opportunity to control the process as opposed to putting their fate in the hands of a total stranger. Moreover, the estate litigation process is very lengthy and expensive. It can take many years of emotional and financial costs to litigate a metter all the way to trial. Mediation can greatly shorten the length of the Court proceedings and significantly reduce the legal fees involved. Most estate disputes can be resolved well in advance of trial as long as the parties involved are willing to be reasonable and compromise. Speaker: Charles Ticker | No |

Participants will learn the legal implications, risks, documentation challenges, and the role of Independent Legal Advice (ILA). Objectives: Explain why 1% ownership structures are becoming increasingly common. Identify the legal consequences of adding a family member to title with minimal ownership. Understand how lenders, insurers, and the law interpret fractional ownership. Recognize what happens when a minority owner dies, divorces, or becomes incapacitated. Navigate the gap between practical intent and legal reality. Know when and why Independent Legal Advice (ILA) is required | No |

| Stewart Title - The Power of Community: Shifting the DEI Narrative | Stewart Title | 2026-03-04 | 1 | Jennifer Ménard-Shand | 2026-02-09 | 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. - Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) has lost its way. What was meant to unify and uplift has, in many spaces, become confusing, polarizing, performative — and often ineffective. But at its core, DEI was never meant to be about quotas, corporate jargon, or political agendas. It was always about restoring balance, removing systemic barriers, and ensuring everyone — especially those historically excluded — has a real opportunity to compete on merit. In this honest and inspiring keynote, Jennifer Ménard-Shand reframes DEI through a powerful lens: community. As the founder of a certified Indigenous and Women-owned business, she draws on her lived experience as both a diverse supplier and a corporate partner to strip DEI back to its roots: dignity, fairness, economic inclusion, and shared humanity. This talk is an invitation to return to the heart of inclusion: to acknowledge history without staying stuck in it, to remove barriers without losing sight of merit, and to grow together — not through division or guilt, but through truth, respect, and shared purpose. | No |
