A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court of BC with regards to the application for enrolment of the above noted candidate. Pursuant to section 5 of the Notaries Act, be advised that the Court will hear the petition on August 27, 2025 and that a person may oppose the application at the hearing if the person serves notice of the person’s opposition on the applicant and files a copy of the notice with the registrar. For the purpose of service upon the applicant, notice may be served to the Society of Notaries Public of BC.
