NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR ENROLMENT
APPROVAL-IN-PRINCIPLE
Pursuant to Section 5 of the Notaries Act the following persons intend to make application for enrolment as a member of The Society of Notaries Public of British Columbia.
The Notaries Act RSBC 1996, ch. 334 requires that this Notice of Application be filed in the Vancouver registry of the Supreme Court of BC, and at least 30 days before the hearing:
a) Be served on the Secretary of the Society of Notaries Public of B.C.,
b) Be served on the Executive Director of the Law Society of BC, and
c) Be published on the website of the Society of Notaries Public of BC, which is the manner of publication as determined by the Society.
This original notice was posted on April 13, 2026 without a hearing date. The Court has agreed to hear the application on June 22, 2026 in Vancouver. The Notice of Hearing is posted below the approval in principle document.
